Third Party Liability

Third Party Liability insurance stems from the obligation everyone has to make reparation for damages based on the principle of “Don’t cause damage or injury to the interests of others.” It protects you from any legal liability you might incur as a result of damages caused to others. A third party liability insurance policy protects the assets of the insured who might be affected as a result of his or her liability to indemnify others for losses.
